Our Team
Luis Guillén-Reeves
Creative DirectorLuis grew up surrounded by fabrics, patterns, and industrial sewing machines in his family’s clothing manufacturing business in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. From an early age, he absorbed the language of fashion—not just as a craft, but as a form of expression, legacy, and entrepreneurship.
Inspired by his roots and driven by purpose, Luis launched LwisBrand, the first sustainable fashion brand in Honduras. Through multiple collections, he redefined what fashion could look like in Central America: rooted in artisan techniques, committed to sustainability, and elevated in design.
In 2023, Luis moved to Los Angeles to expand his vision globally and began the next chapter of his work by evolving the brand into Guillén Paz.
Today, Luis is building multiple verticals, including couture, custom-made pieces, ready-to-wear, and philanthropic initiatives to uplift and empower community. He sees himself first and foremost as an artist — using art as a medium to communicate beauty, sustainability, and cultural heritage.
Luis is currently preparing for the debut Mi Gente, the inaugural collection of Guillén Paz, premiering in New York City in 2027. His work continues to honor his past while reshaping the future of fashion — one piece, one partnership, and one story at a time.
Managing DirectorJordan Guillén-Reeves
As Managing Director of Guillén Paz, Jordan works alongside Luis to build the business, shape its strategy, and create the partnerships and opportunities that allow the brand’s creative vision to reach the world.
Before joining Guillén Paz, Jordan served as Director of Communications at Summit Impact, where they led storytelling and communications for a global organization focused on social change. They previously served as Executive Director of VideoOut, a nonprofit dedicated to amplifying LGBTQ+ stories and voices, and were part of the founding team of TED-Ed, helping build one of the world’s most recognized platforms for educational storytelling.
Jordan is also an author and longtime storyteller. Over the course of their career, they have been lucky enough to be a part of a broad network of artists, activists, nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and creative professionals across the United States.
At Guillén Paz, Jordan brings that experience to the business side of the fashion house: developing strategy, cultivating partnerships, building audiences, and creating opportunities for the brand to connect fashion with cultural preservation and social impact.
Together with Luis, Jordan is building Guillén Paz as more than a fashion label — a platform for Latin American creativity, craftsmanship, storytelling, and belonging.
